7 years of data engineering experience, 10 years overall. 6 to 8 delivered Databricks projects with hands-on development. Databricks Professional certification preferred, but not a hard requirement. Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of Spark, CI/CD, GenAI and MLOps concepts, platform breadth, and optimization.
