Opportunity Overview: We’re looking for a senior-level automation engineer who will help raise the bar on release quality, environment reliability, and change safety across Cohere’s platform. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Platform, and SRE to build scalable automation, guardrails, and validation systems that reduce production risk while increasing delivery velocity. This is not a “test scripts only” role. You’ll shape automation strategy, embed quality into the SDLC, and help define how changes move safely from dev → staging → UAT → prod in a fast-moving healthcare platform.
