Required Experience Overall Experience: ● Substantial experience – minimum 48 months (4 Years) (Adopting the Ops 3 minimum experience level). Domain Experience: ● Minimum 18 months experience in at least one of the following areas: ○ Software testing ○ Bugs triaging ○ Audits/quality checks ○ Subject matter expert ○ Technical issue resolution Management Exposure: ● Basic experience (e.g., mentoring, leading small projects) in process or team management. Technical Proficiency Ticketing Tools (JIRA): ● Moderate experience with JIRA or any other ticketing tool (e.g., capable of creating dashboards and managing simple workflows). Data Tools: ● Basic knowledge of SQL and sound experience with JQL. ● Sound experience in extracting and processing data using Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tab
