Job Description – Bug Triage Specialist Experience: 3–5 Years Role Overview: We are looking for a Bug Triage Specialist to manage production bugs across Mobile (iOS/Android) and Web platforms. The role involves validating, reproducing, prioritizing, routing, and tracking production issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain product quality. Key Responsibilities: Analyze user-reported issues and reproduce bugs across iOS, Android, and Web platforms. Identify and link duplicate bugs to maintain a clean backlog. Assess business and technical impact and prioritize bugs accordingly. Route bugs to the appropriate engineering teams and stakeholders.
