This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on expertise in <b>product test planning, production test systems, field device debugging, and validation of off-the-shelf devices</b>. The Test Engineering Lead will guide a team of test engineers, collaborate with design and system teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable products to the field.</span></p><br><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#262626"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:#262626">Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, ensuring effective execution of test plans and professional development.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Own and drive <b>Product Test Plans (PTP)</b>across product lifecycles, from development to production and field validation.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Oversee and enhance <b>Production Test Systems (PTS)</b>for consistency, scalability, and accuracy of test results.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Direct efforts in <b>field device debugging</b>, including reproduction of issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Lead <b>validation of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) devices</b>for integration, interoperability, and performance.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Define and enforce test standards, methodologies, and documentation practices.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Ensure defects are systematically tracked, analysed, and resolved in collaboration with design, firmware, and hardware teams.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Drive automation of test procedures to improve coverage and efficiency.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Coordinate cross-functional reviews of test results, metrics, and reports with stakeholders.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and infrastructure.</span></li></ul><br><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#262626"><b>Qualifications</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:#262626">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">12+ years of experience in product/system testing, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior role.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Proven expertise in <b>product test planning and execution</b>.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Strong exposure to <b>Production Test Systems (PTS)</b> and automated test equipment.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Demonstrated ability to debug and resolve issues in <b>field devices</b> (hardware + embedded software).</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Experience validating <b>off-the-shelf (COTS) devices</b> for product integration.</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Familiarity with communication protocols (Camera Mipi interface, PCIe, CAN, USB, eMMC, RS232, RF, etc.).</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.</span></li></ul><br><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#262626"><b>Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:#262626">Exposure to compliance/regulatory testing (EMI/EMC, thermal, vibration, safety).</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Experience in scripting/automation (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, or Shell).</span></li><li><span style="color:#262626">Field deployment or customer-facing debugging experience.</span></li></ul><br><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#262626"><b>Equal Opportunity Employer Statement</b>: Netradyne is an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.</span></p><br><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#262626"><b>Additional Information: </b>This position is based out in HM Tech Park, Whitefield Bangalore.​</span></p><br><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#262626"><b>Follow us on LinkedIn: For more information on our work culture, follow us on </b></span><a target="_blank" href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/netradyne/mycompany/"><span style="color:#4dc160"><b><u>Netradyne: My Company | LinkedIn</u></b></span></a></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: justify;">We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
