Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting, Inventory and Intercompany Accounting

Our team is growing, and we need forward-thinking, uncompromising, competitive team members to continue to facilitate our growth.</p></div><p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">Month-End Closing & Reporting</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Month-End Close (MEC) activities: journal entries, GL reconciliations, accruals, and variance/flux analysis.</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Prepare and review financial reporting packs including intercompany schedules.</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Ensure timely submission of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements under US GAAP/IFRS.</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">Audit & Compliance</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Drive audit readiness: prepare schedules, support walkthroughs, and provide documentation.</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS for financial reporting.</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Assist in drafting and implementing accounting policies and internal controls.</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">Financial Reporting Accounting</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Develop and implement control policies for accuracy and efficiency.</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Prepare account reconciliations and Investigate variances and coordinate with operations for resolution.</span></span></p><br><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">Qualifications & Skills</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, audit support and MEC.</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and technical accounting.</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Proficient in Microsoft Excel; hands-on with NetSuite (preferred).</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Expertise in GL reconciliations, monthly flux analysis, and audit documentation.</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Knowledge of intercompany accounting, transfer pricing support, cross-charge mechanisms, and related reconciliations.</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</span></span></p><p style="color:!important;font-size:medium !important"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:medium">· Excellent communication skills</span></span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: justify;">We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
