The role will be responsible for accounting activities related to fixed assets, inventory and contract assets, and purchases/payables. The individual will also support month-end close activities, including preparation of relevant documentation and providing audit support as required.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">· Manage accounting for fixed assets, inventory, contract assets, and purchases/payables, including related month-end and year-end close activities.</span></span></p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">· Perform account reconciliations in accordance with IGAAP and US GAAP.</span></span></p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">· Respond to audit requests and support compliance with financial policies.</span></span></p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">· Support financial transitions, system migrations, and restructuring initiatives.</span></span></p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">· Prepare journal entries, cost allocations, and FX revaluations.</span></span></p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">· Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and documentation.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Skills & Tools</span></span></p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">· Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet.</span></span></p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">· Strong knowledge of IFC, SOX, and IGAAP/US GAAP requirements.</span></span></p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">· Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Preferred Experience</span></span></p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">· Experience in process improvement, transitions, and automation initiatives.</span></span></p> <p style="color: !important; font-size: medium !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">· NetSuite experience will be an added advantage.</span></span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: justify;">We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
